From Jungle Sips to Truffle Bliss
Our first day in Tenerife turned into a little food adventure. For lunch we grabbed a tasty sandwich and a Coke Zero at Kong by Monkey in Playa de las Américas. Later we swung by Starbucks for an iced matcha latte—exactly the refresh we needed. In the evening we wandered into the center of Playa de las Américas and had dinner at Mamma Mia, where I ordered tagliatelle with mushrooms in a silky black truffle cream sauce. A delicious start to the trip!
